SANZ Industrial Services Inc., installs bolted steel tanks in a wide variety of configurations and sizes manufactured and engineered by Superior Tanks. Our bolted steel tanks meet a number of industry standards including American Water Works Association (AWWA) D100-3, National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA), FM Approvals and American Petroleum Institute (API) 12B and can be used for a variety of applications including potable water storage, water storage for fire protection, wastewater storage and crude oil storage. To meet the needs of various customers, our bolted steel tank are available in a range of capacities from 4,000 gal. / 100 BBLs to 2,500,000 gallons / 60,000 BBLs.
All of our bolted steel tanks are precision crafted in our State of the Art manufacturing facility located in California using quality materials. Tank bolts have a tensile strength of at least 120,000 pounds per square inch and are available in three finishes: hot-dipped galvanized, encapsulated & stainless steel. To ensure our tanks provide years of leak free service, we use a heavy duty synthetic rubber gasket to seal between tank staves. For resistance to a variety of liquids such as water, wastewater and oil, several gasket materials are available including ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), Buna N and Viton by DuPont. Our tank gaskets are precision punched to fit exactly and are formulated to remain flexible and not separate from the tank surface.
